Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory
Process and monitor online orders
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure accurate product information and images are uploaded

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations
Good communication and coordination skills




Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

Preferred Skills
Experience in managing seller accounts
Understanding of digital marketing basics
Ability to analyze sales trends and inventory requirements
