Positio : Delegate Acquisition Executive
Location : Mira Bhayandar

Roles & Responsibilities:
Utilize linkedin connects or starting connecting on linkedin for better outreach, industry associations to identify and engage potential delegates for paid awards and events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet or exceed sales targets for both paid and complimentary delegate registrations
Build and maintain solid relationships with both existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and results.
Demonstrate solid negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively to close sales, handle objections, and effectively sell paid awards and delegate packages

Immediate joiners are preferred

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
