Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.
Foster a secure, welcoming, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in children through various activities and games.
Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being.
Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide individual attention as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies.
Promote and implement positive discipline strategies.
Participate in staff meetings,



training sessions, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience working with young children (preschool or early childhood education).
Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children.
