About the Company

Garg Real Estate is a growing real estate firm based in Rohini, Delhi, dealing in residential properties, luxury floors and other real estate opportunities. We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Make calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
Explain available properties, prices, locations and key features to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Generate and maintain customer leads.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.




Build valuable relationships with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly calling, site-visit and sales targets.

Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; real estate/calling experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Confident, presentable and motivated personality.
Comfortable making regular phone calls and following up with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
