Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on suitable courses, programs, and career paths offered by Easetolearn.
Handle inbound and outbound queries regarding courses, learning platforms, and exam preparation.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
Provide post-enrollment academic support and ensure learner satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve communication and student experience.




Achieve assigned counseling and conversion targets.

Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
