We are expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) field sales operations and are hiring disciplined and performance-oriented Field Sales Executives.

Role Overview

This is a performance-driven field role focused strictly on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales. The position requires discipline, ethical selling practices, and consistent relationship building with end users within assigned territories.





This is not a casual sales job. It requires structured reporting, accountability, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with end users within assigned territory
Promote and explain Sydney Doctor health supplements professionally and ethically
Generate and track individual sales orders
Coordinate with in-house inventory team for product sign-out and stock movement
Maintain proper daily sales records and submit structured reports
Ensure timely collection of payments
Follow company pricing and discount policies strictly (no unauthorized discounting)
Provide regular market feedback to management

Compensation Structure
₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
4% commission on individual net collected sales generated by you (after returns and adjustments)
Commission paid monthly after reconciliation
