Job Title: Medical Representative

A Medical Representative promotes healthcare products and services to doctors, hospitals, and clinics. The goal is to increase product awareness, build strong professional relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly
Explain product perks, usage, and key features clearly
Promote current product launches
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Organize product presentations and awareness activities in hospitals
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Required Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills




Positive understanding of healthcare products
Confidence in product detailing
Relationship-building ability
Target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Nursing / Healthcare-related field preferred
3 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales

Salary & Incentives
Up to ₹25,000 per month (maximum fixed salary)
Additional incentives based on achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
