We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Intern who has prior exposure to recruitment and talent hunting. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview rounds and feedback.
Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Coordinate the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
Work towards defined weekly recruitment and closure targets.
Support the HR team in maintaining a healthy and active talent pipeline.
Skills & Requirements
Prior experience or internship in recruitment and talent hunting is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
