Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify current business opportunities within the market.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
