We are looking for a smart and confident Education Counselor who can generate leads, communicate with students & parents, and guide them in choosing the right career path using our psychometric and AI-based career reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
Talk to students & parents and understand their needs
Explain our Career Clarity & Stream Selection Program:
Convert leads into paid clients
Maintain follow-ups and client relationships

Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confidence in talking to current people
Basic understanding of career/education (training will be provided)
Sales mindset & convincing ability
Active on social media
