About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for Maths (JEE/NEET level).
Prepare and structure lectures, study material, and practice questions.
Conduct regular tests, analyze results, and provide feedback to students.
Guide students in doubt-solving and preparation strategies.
Ensure discipline and engagement in the classroom.
Consistently drive student performance and ensure measurable results in exams.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching with a track record of producing results.
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. (IIT/NIT graduates preferred).
Excellent command over English communication.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring young aspirants.
