Job Timing: 4 PM to 9 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to patients in person as well as over the phone in a skilled manner.
Assist visitors and patients politely and efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.
Positive communication skills are mandatory in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Maintain clinic inventory by checking supplies and ensuring stock availability.
Manage billing, payments, and update records accurately in the system.
Coordinate daily front desk activities smoothly and professionally.
