Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
MBA in Supply Chain preferred

Experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Supply Chain or related field.
Freshers with strong skills may also apply

Analytical and problem solving ability
Follow up skills & Discipline
Valuable communication skills in writing and speaking
Commercial understanding and logical thinking
Ability to think strategically in fast moving setting
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, ERP preferred)

Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to approved vendors
Conduct regular follow ups with vendors for timely deliveries
Maintain and monitor stock levels at various locations




Coordinate sample collection and dispatch as required
Check vendor and transporter bills and submit to Finance Department
Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking
Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality, quantity, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and cost control
Assist in improving supply chain systems, processes and efficiency
