Mandatory Criteria
4 to 10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, insurance broking, or general insurance
Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients
Hands-on experience in generating leads and closing corporate insurance deals
Robust expertise in general insurance products (Fire, Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Group Health, etc.)
Direct experience in advising corporate clients on risk management and insurance solutions
Ability to prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (CFOs, Risk Managers, HR Heads)
Experience in negotiating premiums, coverage terms, and policy conditions with insurers
Proven capability to achieve assigned revenue, premium, and acquisition targets




Solid experience in managing policy renewals and premium collections
Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling insurance products
Experience in coordinating with insurers and internal teams for policy placement
Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance compliance requirements
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage client relationships and meet business targets

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
