As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions,
including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will
work closely with our HR team and various departments to ensure a smooth and
effective HR process. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and
productive work workplace, fostering employee engagement, and driving
organizational success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding recent
hires.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks for potential
candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and
procedures.
Handle employee relations matters, including performance management,
disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building
activities.




Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and
procedures.
Stay updated with labor laws and ensure the company's compliance with legal
requirements.
Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the BFSI
industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
positive relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
