Key Responsibilities Marketing
Create and post engaging content (Reels, short videos, posts, stories) on Social Media platforms.
Confidently appear in promotional videos related to Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and Work Permit services.
Plan creative content ideas and follow trending formats.
Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions to increase reach and engagement.
Reply to social media inquiries and messages professionally.Telecalling & Client Handling
Attend incoming client calls and provide accurate information.
Make follow-up calls to leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
Schedule counselling and assessment meetings.
Maintain proper records of calls and client data.
Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements:




Valuable communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English).
Confident personality and presentable appearance.
Comfortable speaking on camera.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Smart, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
