Plant Supervision: Oversee daily floor operations to ensure production targets are met on time without compromising quality.
Attendance & Manpower Management: Manage daily labor/staff attendance, shift scheduling, and resolve any on-ground personnel issues.
Data Reporting: Maintain accurate daily production logs, wastage reports, and dispatch summaries in Excel or Register.
Plant Observation: Monitor machinery health and safety protocols; identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest improvements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
