Manage incoming leads, conduct counselling sessions, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Support admission campaigns through tele-calling, follow-ups, and student engagement activities.
Provide course guidance, maintain CRM records, and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Coordinate with academic teams and assist students during the enrolment process.
Handle walk-in counselling, generate admissions, and maintain accurate reporting.
Deliver presentations to students and parents regarding program advantages and career prospects.
Build relationships with prospective students to drive admissions growth.




Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and achieve monthly admission targets.
Assist in admission operations, documentation verification, and enrolment coordination.
