Monitoring & Issuing the permits and follow up for strict compliance of permit system
Maintaining hydrant system and sprinkler system in operation condition and maintain records.
Maintenance to be carried out as per schedule for all safety appliances
Taking round of plant and observing unsafe condition and unsafe act and its compliance. Identify the Near miss & reporting the same.
Do liaison with service department.
Training to contract / company employees
Organizing mock drills, plant safety meetings, walk through audit and central safety committee meetings as per schedule and follow up for its compliance.
Preparation of departmental SOP.
To keep a track / record of departmental activities
