Job Role:
We are hiring a Lab Chemist (Fresher) for our electroplating department in a copper component manufacturing unit. The role involves supporting chemical analysis, maintaining plating bath parameters, and ensuring quality standards in the plating process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform chemical testing and analysis of electroplating solutions
Monitor and maintain bath composition, pH levels, and chemical balance:
Support quality inspection of plated components
Maintain lab records, reports, and documentation:
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals:
Follow safety, environmental, and EHS guidelines
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of laboratory analysis and testing procedures:
Basic understanding of electroplating processes and technologies:
Fundamental knowledge of metallurgy and chemistry:
Familiarity with electroplating equipment and basic maintenance:
Ability to troubleshoot electroplating issues:
Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and safety practices:
Basic understanding of water treatment and effluent treatment processes
Requirements:
B.Sc. (Chemistry ) / Diploma in Chemical:
