Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow Kovalent Coatings presence across digital platforms through engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:
Create relatable, brand-relevant content aligned with Kovalent Coatings’ products and identity
Develop fresh ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos
Plan and prepare the monthly content calendar in advance
Publish and manage content across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic marketing copy
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates
Monitor competitor and industry content for insights
Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and replies
Respond to basic customer inquiries professionally
Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and assets
Take ownership of preparing and posting content on schedule




Track basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth
Assist in preparing monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Creative thinking with a positive sense of visual storytelling
Basic understanding of social media KPIs and metrics
Good written communication and caption-writing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
