Key Responsibilities:

Building & maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Negotiation with accounts for Margin, Visibility to maximize the profit.
n
Understanding of the account's business needs and objectives.
n
Address account concerns and resolve them effectively
n

n2. Sales & Business Development:

n

n
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
n
Monitor sales performance and implement inputs to achieve sales targets.
n
Analysis market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
n
Expand the company's reach in key accounts.
n
Regular business reviews with accounts to ensure business growth and identify new prospects.
n
Forecast the stock for his set of accounts.
n
Identify current business opportunities within existing accounts.
n
Identify growth opportunities within territory
n

n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal team(Finance ,Supply chain & others) to ensure business & Financial hygiene.
n




Communicate account needs and feedback to drive improvements.
n

n4. Sale team & Distributor Management

Work closely with the sales team to drive the business and keep primary & secondary execution as per company norms
n
Maintaining business & financial hygiene at distributor point and building relationships.
n

n5. Reporting and Analysis

n
Prepare regular reports on account status and progress
n
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
n

n

nQualifications & Experience Required:

n

n
Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
n
7+ years of relevant industry experience from FMCG / Beauty & personal care industry.
n
Should have handled Modern Trade in AP, Telangana
n

n
