Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects, generating leads, and building relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing outreach plans, managing client communication, and presenting academy programs to prospective partners.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, tracking performance metrics, and providing timely reports on business development activities.
