Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs.
Showcase jewellery pieces—gold, diamond, platinum—and explain design and craftsmanship.
Handle billing and billing-related tasks accurately.
Keep the counter and displays organized and attractive.
Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
Work toward daily and monthly targets with a proactive sales approach.

Requirements:
Completed 12th grade; graduates preferred.
Prior experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus.
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Pleasant, skilled appearance and confident communication.
Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.

Location: Shikrapur, Pune
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
Week Off: Rotational
Job Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
