As a hotel housekeeper,your primary responsibility would be to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the guests' rooms and the lobby or common area. This can include:
Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms to luxury standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms, adhering to "clockwise" or designated cleaning methods.
Sanitization: Meticulously disinfect all surfaces, bathrooms, fixtures, and furniture to ensure high hygiene standards.
Replenishing: Restock guest room amenities (towels, linens, toiletries, coffee/tea, minibar).
Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and politely.
Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for damage, broken amenities, or faulty equipment and immediately report them to supervisors.
Loss Prevention: Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings and lost-and-found items with extreme care.
Public Area Care: Maintain cleanliness in corridors, elevators, and lobby areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a 5-star or Clubhouse property is highly preferred.
