Job Title: Area Sales Manager - B2C (Diamond Jewellery)

Experience: 5+ Years in Retail Jewellery Sales
Industry: Diamond / Jewellery / Luxury B2C Retail

Must have a Diamond Jewellery Background

Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2C diamond jewellery sales across multiple retail stores in the assigned area.
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and customer engagement.
Manage day-to-day operations of retail outlets, ensuring high service and presentation standards.
Lead, train, and monitor in-store sales teams to ensure performance and product knowledge.
Analyze consumer behavior, footfall, and conversion rates to improve store performance.
Ensure excellent customer service, client retention, and personalized selling experience.
Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns, events, and promotions.
Monitor inventory,



stock rotations, and product display as per brand guidelines.
Maintain competitor awareness and market feedback for business improvement.
Regularly report sales performance and feedback to the senior management.

Requirements:
Graduate (retail management preferred).
5+ years of experience in diamond jewellery or luxury B2C retail.
Robust leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of diamond grading, jewellery trends, and retail sales operations.
Willing to travel across assigned stores/regions.
