Ø Replace the fused bulb in the public area/room at the earliest.

Ø Put off the lights whenever they are not required.

Ø Maintain the capacitor bank power factor (0.95).

Ø Monitor all control panels; check any overheating or malfunctioning of any equipment.

Ø Check the fire pump or faulty pump in the anti position

Ø Also check the fire alarm and smoke detector

Ø Check the voltages of the UPS, DG, telephones, fire alarm, staircase lighting, and batteries. If necessary, refill the distilled water

Ø Check DG cooling tower’s water level and pumps and keep ready for operation

Ø If any work is incomplete, inform the duty supervisor and see that work is continued in the following shift

Ø In case of working in a power panel or lighting panel, put off the switch and inform the concerned department and keep the signboard “work in progress.”
