Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) & FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) inventory principles
Ensure proper storage conditions as per pharma guidelines (temperature, humidity, etc.)
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to avoid discrepancies
Regulatory Compliance & Audits
Ensure strict adherence to WHO, USFDA, GMP, and other regulatory guidelines:
Maintain complete documentation and records required for audits (logbooks, stock registers, SOPs, etc.)
Support internal & external audits by preparing reports and compliance documents
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for any observations from audits
Operations & Coordination
Supervise receipt, storage,



and dispatch of raw materials and finished products
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams for smooth workflow
Ensure timely dispatch of materials with accurate documentation
Train store personnel on compliance, safety, and handling of materials
Safety & Security
Implement Positive Storage Practices (GSP) and ensure safety measures in storage areas
Manage handling of hazardous/temperature-sensitive materials as per regulatory norms
Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and disposal of expired/damaged stock

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
