Job Responsibilities
Receive goods: Check incoming materials against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
Store items properly: Arrange and label materials for easy identification and protected storage.
Issue materials: Supply materials to production or other departments as required.
Maintain inventory records: Track stock levels using registers or software (ERP/Excel).
Stock control: Monitor minimum and maximum levels to avoid shortages or excess.
Conduct stock audits: Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences.
Documentation: Keep records of receipts, issues, returns, and damaged goods.
Coordinate with departments: Work with procurement, production, and accounts teams.
Ensure safety: Follow proper storage procedures and maintain a clean, safe store.

Understanding of stock methods (FIFO/LIFO)
