Hiring Zonal Sales Manager for east with 8 years plus experience in powder coating sales or related field.

Industry: Paints / Powder Coatings / Additives / Industrial Coatings

Education: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred

Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share

targets.
Handle dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
Identify, appoint, and manage franchise partners for paint, powder, additives, and coating

product lines.
Expand market presence by onboarding recent dealers, distributors, and franchise outlets.
Maintain robust relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.
Conduct market research to identify current opportunities, competitor activities, and customer

requirements.
Work closely with internal teams for pricing,



product availability, and order fulfilment.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Oversee promotional activities, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
