Staff Supervision & Leadership: Mentor junior staff, guide physicians, manage medical teams, and contribute to staff training and development.
Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and handle risk management.
Health Initiatives: Implement preventive care programs, participate in health education, and contribute to research or public health initiatives.
