E Software Solution is seeking a motivated and performance-driven IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.

This role requires a proactive professional who can generate qualified leads, build robust client relationships, and successfully close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies
Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients
Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
Conduct follow-ups and client negotiations




Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT/software sales or business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
