Core Responsibilities
Guest & Entry Management: Greet visitors, maintain the visitor logbook,



and ensure only authorized people enter the office premises.
Banking & Errands: Visit local banks for cash/cheque deposits, statement collection, and basic document submission.
Documentation & Printing: Managing high-volume printing, scanning, and photocopying of files. Ensuring all digital and physical folders are organized.
Office Stock (Inventory): Weekly tracking of office supplies (stationery, water, pantry items, cleaning supplies). Placing orders with local vendors before stock runs out.
Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing couriers, coordinating with the building's security/housekeeping, and ensuring the office is clean and operational by 10 AM daily.

Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or Any Graduate.
Skills:
Ability to read/write in Hindi and Marathi.
Functional English (must be able to read bank forms and printed instructions).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (to keep the stock list).
