Role:
Manage all incoming, stored, and issued materials ensuring traceability and availability.
Responsibilities:
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for incoming materials
Maintain inventory of raw materials & components:
Verify for incoming materials:
Material Test Certificates (MTC)
Inspection Certificate
Supplier compliance as mentioned in PO
Ensure proper storage conditions:
Rubber parts (away from heat/UV)
Segregation of accepted/rejected items
Accountability of components and consumables
Maintain FIFO system:
Issue materials to production as per work orders
Track stock levels and reorder points and coordinate with Production Planner:
Maintain lot traceability (raw material → finished sensor)
