About the role

The Sales Executive will support the senior sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and account management across Delhi NCR. This is a learning-oriented role suited for early-career specialists who want to build a long-term career in technical B2B sales within the electrical and automation industry.

Key responsibilities
Support lead generation through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, site visits, and consultant meetings.
Assist in identifying and qualifying current business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.
Help prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and chase order closure under the guidance of Sales Engineers.
Maintain the CRM, sales tracker, and daily call reports.
Coordinate between clients, design, dispatch,



and project teams to keep deals moving.
Build product knowledge across LT panels, switchgear, and the automation range through structured training and field exposure.
Travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits with senior team members.
Support payment follow-ups and basic account management activities.

Required qualifications and skills
BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Freshers from campus are welcome.
1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical sector, is a plus.
Willingness to put in field hours and learn the trade.
Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
