We are looking for a visionary Head – Creative Director to lead and scale our creative function. This role is responsible for defining the overall creative strategy, driving brand excellence, and overseeing the execution of high-impact campaigns across all platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s voice, mentoring senior talent, and ensuring world-class creative output aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Define and drive the organization’s overall creative vision and strategy.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing creative team including Creative Directors, designers, copywriters, and video editors.
Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital, film, social, and print.
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and business teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
Ensure consistency and excellence in brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Review, guide, and approve high-level creative concepts and final deliverables.




Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive innovation by adopting new trends, technologies, and creative practices.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines at a leadership level.
Establish processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and output quality.
Provide hands-on creative direction and demonstrate solid working knowledge of writing, designing, and video editing.
Be capable of independently developing or contributing to creative concepts through copywriting, visual design, and video editing when required.
Guide creative teams across writing, design, and video to ensure consistency in storytelling, visual language, and overall campaign quality.

Skills & Qualifications
Robust portfolio showcasing strategic, creative, and executional excellence.
Proven hands-on experience in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
