Key Responsibilities:
Teach Accountancy to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE norms.
Plan and implement structured lesson plans and yearly academic schedules.
Prepare worksheets, assignments, question papers, and revision modules.
Conduct unit tests, periodic assessments, and pre-board examinations.
Evaluate answer scripts and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide academic mentoring, doubt-clearing, and remedial support to students.
Participate in school academic meetings, CBSE documentation, and inspections.
Contribute positively to the residential/boarding school culture.

Eligibility Criteria:
M.Com (Master’s degree in Commerce) - Mandatory.
B.Ed - Mandatory.
5 to 7 years of teaching experience as PGT Accountancy in reputed CBSE boarding schools.




Strong knowledge of CBSE syllabus, assessment patterns, and evaluation standards.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
Ability to adapt to a disciplined, residential school workplace.

Desirable Skills:
Experience in board exam preparation and result-oriented teaching.
Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching aids.
Commitment to student discipline, ethics, and holistic development.
