Key Responsibilities
Bridge business and technology by translating business needs into actionable IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Engage in solution-driven communication with external stakeholders through calls and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional Internal & External teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
Oversee system rollouts and provide training/support for new processes.
Stay well-informed on current economic affairs to align strategies with market trends.
Demonstrate a agile and proactive attitude toward challenges.

Qualifications
Education: B.Tech / MBA / BBA / B.Com or equivalent.
Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with IT project management and SDLC methodologies.
Experience: 10+ years into end to end project management
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and BI tools.
Exposure in financial domain projects and regulatory compliance.
Basic understanding of technologies such as APIs, system integrations, and tools like Postman for testing and validation.
Exposure in accounting principles including Credit, Debit, Assets, and Liabilities.
