Key Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Overseas Education Counselling

Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory)

Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship management skills

Solid conversion and target-achievement capabilities

Ability to work independently and in a performance-driven environment

Roles & Responsibilities
Complete daily targets set for tele calling and report performance and conversions to the manager,



with achievable conversion targets defined by the managers.
Provide end-to-end counselling to students and parents for overseas education
Advise on country, university, course selection, and admission pathways
Drive enrolments by converting qualified leads into successful admissions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, visas, and student onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
