Job Summary:
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including arranging transportation from purchase locations to warehouses and direct client deliveries & from warehouses to direct client. This role involves vehicle arrangement, freight negotiation, consignment tracking, warehouse & Factory coordination, and ensuring timely logistics payments to support smooth supply chain operations. coordinate with the Purchase Team and Sales Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
Arrange vehicles for material movement from purchase locations to company warehouses and for direct client deliveries
Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vehicle vendors to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions




Plan and manage Part Load (PTL) and Full Load (FTL) shipments
Ensure protected and timely delivery of all consignments through regular follow-ups
Track in-transit shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery updates
Coordinate with warehouse teams for logistics-based stock management
Prepare and share daily logistics tracking reports with the Sales Team and management
Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages in coordination with internal teams and transporters
Verify transporter bills and ensure timely processing of logistics payments
Maintain proper logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
