Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified who can confidently communicate with brands and founders, understand their branding requirements, and convert them into long-term clients for personal branding, company branding, and Podcast IP development.

This role requires strong communication skills, industry understanding, and a conversion-focused mindset.

Experience Required:
Minimum 1+ year experience in marketing, video production, podcast agency, influencer marketing, creators economy or branding industry.
Experience in handling brand communication or client conversations:
Proven involvement in lead conversion or client acquisition

Knowledge Required:
Understanding of personal branding strategies:
Knowledge of the podcast and video content industry:
Basic understanding of brand positioning and awareness campaigns:




Awareness of how Podcast IPs help brands grow authority and visibility
Understanding of client psychology and conversion funnel

Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident pitching and negotiation ability
Ability to approach founders and brands professionally
Good research skills to identify potential clients
Follow-up and relationship-building skills
Result-oriented mindset (conversion matters)
Skilled presentation and client-handling ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
