Role Overview:

The Admission Counsellor is the primary face and voice of the school for prospective parents and families. This role combines admissions counseling, community outreach, event representation, and internal coordination.

Since admissions activity is seasonal, the role also involves supporting administrative and coordination tasks during non-peak periods.
Admissions & Parent Engagement:_
Conduct detailed conversations with parents to understand their expectations, concerns, and child’s needs
Clearly and confidently communicate Thraya’s educational philosophy and why alternative education matters
Guide parents through the admissions journey — enquiry to enrolment — with warmth and follow-through
Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, follow-ups, and admission status
Community Outreach & Events:_
Represent the school at open houses, school tours, expos, workshops, and community events
Proactively engage with parents and children at public forums with ease and confidence
Build rapport quickly and leave a positive,

Coordinate logistics, setup, and execution of admissions-related events
Ensure consistency and quality in how the school is represented across all touchpoints
Administrative & Internal Support (Non-Admissions Periods):_
Support school administration with basic operational and coordination tasks
Assist with documentation, data organisation, and parent communication support
Adapt to evolving needs typical of a growing school workplace
Required Skills & AttributesMust-Have:_
Robust verbal and written communication skills (English required; Telugu & Hindi proficiency preferred)
Extroverted, confident, and approachable personality
