Collaborating with respective account managers to optimize the customer experience and identifying





areas for improvement in content.
Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and

prospects for improvement.
Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Using data to inform decision-making and optimize e-commerce operations.
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Return management, file case against damage, fraud return on marketplace.
Should have knowledge to work on unicommerce or easyecom like panel.
warehouse management (Maintain Bin, racks system)
Maintain packaging inventory at warehouse.
