About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT recruiter Intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. It’s an excellent chance for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
