Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
Translate research findings into actionable insights.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
Design user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and product objectives.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement creative solutions.
Provide feedback on technical feasibility during the design process.
Gather and evaluate user feedback to iterate designs.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize design elements.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
Present and defend designs to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.




Familiarity with social media poster creation.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
A solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
