Data Entry Operator

A Data Entry Operator in an apparel e-commerce warehouse is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and order data in warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Product Data Management
Enter new product details (SKU, size, color, fabric, brand, pricing)
Upload product descriptions and specifications
Update pricing and stock availability
Maintain barcode and SKU records
Inventory Management
Record incoming stock (GRN entries)
Update stock transfers between racks/locations
Track damaged or returned items
Perform stock reconciliation and physical stock updates
Order Processing Support
Verify order details before dispatch
Update order status (packed, shipped, returned)
Generate invoices and shipping labels
Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily stock reports
Maintain Excel sheets for inventory tracking




Generate sales and dispatch reports
Maintain vendor and supplier records

Required Skills:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify
Basic understanding of ERP software
Rapid and accurate typing skills

Basic communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse workplace

Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th pass
Preferred: Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration / IT)
Certification in data entry or MS Office (optional but helpful)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,508.51 - ₹15,000.00 per month
