Position Summary





Key Responsibilities
Handle backend processing of documentation
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Maintain client records and update internal systems
Communicate with internal stakeholders as needed
Ensure compliance with Australian insurance guidelines and company policies
Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory

Qualifications and Skills
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in back office, administration, or customer service
Basic understanding of insurance or financial products is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive written and reading English skills

Time

working in early morning shift (5 AM-2 PM IST)

Compensation and Advantages
Salary Range: up to 25,000 per month CTC (commensurate with experience)
