The Site Supervisor manages on-site construction activities, supervises workers and subcontractors, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and coordinates with project managers and engineers to deliver projects according to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work aligns with project plans and drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Enforce health and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.
Ensure construction work meets approved drawings and specifications.
Report defects and oversee corrective actions.
Monitor use of materials, equipment, and tools.
Maintain inventory of supplies.
Assist in scheduling deliveries and manpower allocation.
Maintain daily site reports.
Track project progress and delays.




Record attendance and site activities.
Communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
Robust knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
