Key responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
Acquire recent clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue
Actively cross sell / up sell products to the companys existing customers by identifying the customer needs
Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently
Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise recent ways of widening customer base for revenue generation prospects
Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.
Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
