Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary:
The Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of payments from clients for financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, IPOs.This role involves following up on overdue payments, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on payment statuses.
Process payments and update records accurately.
Address client payment disputes and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams.
Generate and submit reports on outstanding collections.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.




1 years of experience in collections or customer service within the financial services sector.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
